The device was also recently seen in the Geekbench AI database, revealing key hardware details. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and running Android 15 with HyperOS 2.0.

For photography, the Poco F7 Ultra is tipped to house a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS, a 32-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with OIS and 2x optical zoom.
