Samsung has expanded its F-series lineup with the launch of the Galaxy F16 5G and Galaxy F06 5G in India. Both smartphones target the entry-level 5G segment, offering key features such as high-refresh-rate displays, 50-megapixel main cameras, and long-term software support. The Galaxy F06 5G sports a 6.7-inch PLS LCD display with HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 800 nits. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The F06 runs Android 15 with the latest One UI 7 on top. Samsung has committed to four years of OS upgrades and security updates to the device. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery supporting 25W fast charging.
For photography, the device features a 50-megapixel primary rear camera accompanied by a 2-megapixel auxiliary lens, while an 8-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls. The Galaxy F06 5G is available in two variants: 4GB+128GB for Rs 9,999 and 6GB+128GB for Rs 11,499. It is available exclusively on Flipkart in Bahama Blue and Lit Violet.
