OnePlus is continuing to reveal different aspects of the OnePlus 13T, a compact flagship set to launch this April. After teasing the flat display, OnePlus China president Louis Lee now reveals another interesting aspect of the phone: the weight distribution. He shared an image of the OnePlus 13T balanced on a pen, showcasing the 50:50 weight distribution.
This is impressive, especially considering the massive 6000mAh battery, most of which is housed in the lower half of the phone. The OnePlus 13T weighs just 185g—lighter than the 210g OnePlus 13. This light-weight chassis, paired with the proper weight distribution, promises a comfortable in-hand experience.

In a Weibo post, Lee showcased the 13T’s 50:50 weight distribution by balancing it on a pen. “We have specially made a ‘real 50:50’ balance weight treatment,” he wrote. “The feel is quite amazing… You should know there is a 6K+ large battery in this 185g body.”
This engineering feat suggests OnePlus has optimized the phone’s internal layout. Such balance could elevate the in-hand experience, a key selling point for this 6.3-inch OLED flagship. While full specs remain under wraps, leaks point to a high-end Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which ensures flagship-level performance. The phone is also tipped to support the “Fengchi game kernel” for 120fps gaming, appealing to enthusiasts.
Camera rumors hint at a dual setup with a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens, promising solid photography. OnePlus 13T will be positioned as a compact flagship with a 6.31″ flat AMOLED display. OnePlus hasn’t confirmed a release date yet, but with teasers ramping up, an announcement is likely imminent.
