Xiaomi fans are eagerly waiting for the launch of the second-generation Xiaomi Mix Flip. The arrival of the flip phone seems imminent, as the device has already received 3C certification in China. At the same time, the performance-focused Redmi K80 Ultra has also cleared 3C certification in the country. A new leak, courtesy of tipster Smart Pikachu, has revealed when these devices will go official in China.

According to the tipster, the Redmi K80 Ultra and Redmi’s gaming tablet are scheduled to go official by the end of June in China. The K80 Ultra will feature a 7,500mAh battery, whereas the gaming tablet is also said to pack a large battery. Both devices will support bypass charging and will arrive at surprisingly attractive prices.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 will come with trendy accessories and will be lighter and thinner than before. It appears that the Mix Flip 2 will debut with the Redmi K80 Ultra and gaming tablet by the end of June.
According to reports, the Mix Flip 2 will measure 7.6mm in the unfolded state and weigh around 190 grams. It may house a 6.85-inch foldable OLED panel that supports a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 is said to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite and a 5,100mAh battery. It is expected to support 67W wired and 50W wireless charging.

On the photography front, the Mix Flip 2 is expected to feature an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel main camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide snapper. It is also expected to come with other features such as an IR blaster, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, NFC, and an IPX8 rating.
As far as the global launch is concerned, the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 may break cover in July in markets outside of China. The Redmi K80 Ultra may remain exclusive to the Chinese market. The global market may likely receive the Xiaomi 15T Pro as a slightly modified version of the K80 Ultra in Q3 2025.
