RedMagic is gearing up to shake up the gaming tablet market with its latest offering, set to debut in China on June 11. The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro is expected to go head-to-head with Lenovo’s Legion Y700 (4th Gen), and it’s already grabbing attention with its sleek design and powerful specs. This tablet is one to watch for mobile gamers craving high performance on the go. RedMagic has now unveiled the tablet’s design ahead of launch, giving us a clear look at what’s coming.

The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro is the company’s first stab at a compact gaming tablet, and it’s not holding back. Sporting a 9-inch OLED display, it’s slightly larger than the Legion Y700’s 8.8-inch screen, but RedMagic claims it’s still small enough to slip into your pocket. The design takes cues from last year’s RedMagic Nova, with noticeably slimmer bezels for a more immersive experience.

Recent Geekbench tests show it’s packing serious power, driven by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor—matching the Legion Y700’s standard version, though not the overclocked Leading Version found in RedMagic’s 10S series. The 8,240 mAh battery outshines the Legion Y700’s 7,600 mAh unit and will potentially enable longer gaming sessions.

While this tablet is set to launch exclusively in China, there’s hope for a global release, following the RedMagic Nova’s international debut. While full specs like refresh rate and storage options are still under wraps, the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro is shaping up to be a fierce contender in the compact gaming tablet arena, ready to take on Lenovo’s latest offering.
