The stable version of Android 16 was released in June this year, months earlier than everyone expected. Its early arrival means that your Oppo smartphone should also receive Android 16 update faster than usual. Unfortunately, a lot of Oppo devices are going to miss out on this major upgrade because they have reached the end of their major update quota.
Whether you have a fancy Oppo Find N series foldable, a flagship Find X series device, a mid-range Reno, or a budget-friendly device, you’re likely looking forward to the next version of Android. However, many of them don’t make the cut. Below, we’ve prepared a list of such Oppo devices you might want to have a look at.
List of Oppo devices not eligible for Android 16 (ColorOS 16) update
Oppo hasn’t confirmed the availability of Android 16 for its devices. So, we had to use the existing update policy and a little bit of guesswork in preparing the list.
