The Honor X70 is expected to feature a 6.79-inch OLED screen that delivers a resolution of 2640 x 1200 pixels. The flat display will support a 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 6000 nits, and 3840Hz PWM dimming. On the front, an 8-megapixel camera is expected to handle selfies and video calling duties.

The rear camera setup will be headlined by an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel camera. On the software front, the device is expected to run Magic OS 9, which is based on Android 15.

Under the hood, the Honor X70 will likely be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset. It is expected to arrive in multiple configurations, with the top-end model offering 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. A standout feature is its huge 8,300mAh battery, which supports 80W wired charging across all variants. Interestingly, the highest configuration may also include support for 80W wireless charging.

Additional features include an optical under-display fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, NFC, infrared blaster, tri-band BeiDou, and dual-frequency GPS. The phone will also carry an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance. In terms of build, it will have a plastic frame and is expected to be 7.76mm thick and weigh 193 grams, with some variants measuring 7.96mm and 199 grams.

The Honor X70 will reportedly launch in four colour variants: Vermilion Red, Bamboo Green, Moonlight White, and Phantom Black. To recall, the previous model in the series, the Honor X60, launched in October 2024 with a starting price of 1,199 Yuan (~$170). Hence, the X70 is likely to be priced similarly when it arrives in the Chinese market.
