OPPO will officially unveil its gaming-centric K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro smartphones in China on July 21, with the spotlight on breakthrough thermal management. The brand has shared a bunch of details about the smartphone ahead of the launch.

Teasers have revealed that the K13 Turbo Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, delivering an AnTuTu score of 2.45 million. In a one-hour open-world gaming test conducted at 30°C, it maintained a stable 53.5 FPS, surpassing the performance of devices equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

The main highlight is the new Super Cooling Kit. It combines liquid cooling and air cooling in one unit. The kit clips onto the back of the phone and uses a visible flow channel for real-time cooling. It is lightweight, easy to attach, and includes a magnetic connection and RGB lighting. The design helps lower the motherboard temperature directly and keeps performance stable during long gaming sessions. OPPO has also tested the phone at 58°C in a desert-like environment to show off its heat resistance.

Previous reports have claimed that the K13 Turbo series features a 6.8-inch flat OLED LTPS display with 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. It comes with a 50MP + 2MP dual rear camera and a 16MP front camera. Both models have a 7000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The standard K13 Turbo uses the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chip.
The phones also feature an IP66/68/69-rated plastic frame and weigh about 208 grams. Color options include black, purple, and white for the Turbo, with silver exclusive to the Pro. Configuration options go up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
The K13 Turbo Pro is undergoing testing in India, suggesting a local launch in August or September.
