Nothing CMF Watch 3 Pro specifications and features

The CMF Watch 3 Pro features a larger 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a 466 x 466 resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The peak brightness has slightly increased to 670 nits. It retains the rotating crown for UI navigation and introduces over 120 custom watch faces, including some designed for Always-On Display. The new model is housed in a precision-milled metal frame and comes with a liquid silicone strap.
The watch packs a 350mAh battery that claims up to 13 days of typical use or 3.5 days with Always-On Display enabled. A full recharge takes around 99 minutes. It includes an upgraded four-channel heart rate sensor, SpO2 monitoring, improved sleep tracking, stress tracking, hydration and inactivity reminders, and women’s health features. With 131 sports modes (7 with smart recognition), it also offers animated warm-up guides and AI-powered post-workout summaries.

Built-in dual-band GPS (L1+L5), GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS improve outdoor activity tracking. It supports Bluetooth calling with dual MEMS microphones and gesture-based interactions like flip or shake. The integration of ChatGPT allows voice queries, reminders, and running tips. A built-in voice recorder offers auto-transcription, and the Essential News tool delivers curated updates. All features now work through the new Nothing X app.
