Realme is back with a new addition to its budget-focused Narzo lineup — the Narzo 80 Lite 4G. Following the recent release of its 5G sibling, this 4G version aims to win over buyers with a large battery, a fast refresh rate screen, and a pocket-friendly price tag.

Launched on July 23, the Narzo 80 Lite 4G brings a few familiar specs from the 5G model but keeps things affordable by trimming down on hardware. Under the hood, it runs on a 1.8GHz Unisoc T7250 processor. It ships with Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 and supports features like AI-enhanced imaging, “Pulse Light”, and “Smart Touch” — the last one lets you use the screen even with wet hands. Realme says this ring-shaped light (visible in the image above) can be customized with nine colors and five lighting modes.

Aside from the decorative light, the camera module includes a 13MP primary camera (OmniVision OV13B10 sensor), paired with an unnamed secondary sensor. Selfies are handled by a basic 5MP front camera.

The display is a 6.74-inch 720p LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and 563 nits of peak brightness. But the real highlight is the 6,300mAh battery, which supports 15W wired charging and 6W reverse wired charging. Realme claims it can deliver up to 20.7 hours of YouTube playback.

Pricing and availability:

The phone comes in two variants: 4GB RAM with 64GB storage for ₹7,299, and 6GB/128GB for ₹8,299. Both will be available at discounted prices — ₹6,599 and ₹7,599 respectively — during a flash sale on July 28 via Amazon India and Realme’s online store. Open sales begin on July 31. You can pick between two finishes: Beach Gold and Obsidian Black.

The Realme Narzo 80 Lite 4G is aimed at buyers looking for an entry-level phone with a large battery. So if you’re shopping for a value pick under ₹8,000, this might be worth a look.
