Samsung appears to be preparing for the launch of a new tablet, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite 5G. While the tech giant is also said to be working on the more premium Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra models, the S10 Lite 5G seems to be closer to launch. A recent listing on the Google Play Console has revealed several details about the tablet’s hardware and design, indicating that an official unveiling may not be far off.

The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite 5G features a familiar Samsung tablet design with noticeable bezels around the display. Notably, the front camera is positioned on the longer edge of the tablet when held in landscape mode, confirming its orientation preference. Additionally, the volume rocker and power button are placed on the right edge of the device, enhancing usability when held horizontally.

According to the Google Play Console listing, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite 5G carries the model number SM-X406B. The tablet sports a display with a resolution of 1320 x 2112 pixels and a screen density of 240hdpi. It will run on Android 15 with Samsung’s custom One UI skin layered on top. Powering the tablet is Samsung’s Exynos 1380 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM, hinting at solid mid-range performance.

Recent reports suggest that the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite 5G will be backed by an 8,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. It is also likely to support productivity-enhancing accessories like the S-Pen and an external keyboard.

At present, there is no information about the camera specifications of the Tab S10 Lite. Reports also say that Samsung is expected to offer a Wi-Fi-only variant of the Tab S10 Lite for those who don’t need cellular connectivity.
