As the moniker goes, it is not a monitor, but a smart display designed mainly as a central hub for Xiaomi’s smart home ecosystem, but it also doubles as a large screen for entertainment and some productivity tasks. The Smart Home Screen Max 27 comes with a 27-inch anti-glare, paper-like touch display offering 1920 × 1080 resolution. Its frame is mounted on a rotatable and height-adjustable stand, while five hidden wheels at the base make movement effortless.
The device is built to support multiple scenarios, including music, karaoke, fitness, and video streaming. Users can connect Xiaomi’s MIJIA karaoke microphone to turn it into a large-screen jukebox with real-time lyrics.
For fitness, its AI system provides visual recognition to help correct movements. Content partnerships cover major streaming services like iQIYI, Tencent Video, and Youku. Additionally, it can work as an extended display for PCs, smartphones, or consoles such as the Nintendo Switch.
