OPPO has expanded its K series lineup in China with the launch of the K13s and K13x. The K13s was introduced earlier this week in India as the OPPO F31 Pro+, while the K13x arrives with slight design and hardware differences from its Indian counterpart. Both smartphones are now available in the Chinese market.

OPPO K13s: Specifications

Oppo K13s

The OPPO K13s features a 6.8-inch FHD+ OLED display with a resolution of 2800 × 1280 pixels. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 1600 nits, full DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and up to 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. It is protected by AGC DT-Star D+ glass.

The phone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 mobile platform paired with the Adreno 720 GPU. It is available in two memory options: 8GB or 12GB LPDDR4X RAM with 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It comes with Android 15 based ColorOS 15.0.

Oppo K13s

For cameras, the K13s is equipped with a 50MP rear camera using an OV50D40 sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS, along with a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a 32MP camera with a Galaxy Core 32E2 sensor and f/2.4 aperture.

Other features include an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor, stereo speakers, USB Type-C audio, Hi-Res audio certification, and dual SIM support. The device also carries IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, along with military-grade durability (MIL-STD-810H).

The K13s measures 163.13×77.58×7.7mm for the Blue variant and 7.86mm for the White model. It weighs 195g (Blue) and 204g (White). Powering the device is a 7000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.

OPPO K13x: Specifications

The OPPO K13x sports a 6.67-inch HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate, 1604 × 720 resolution, and up to 1000 nits brightness. It is protected by Panda Glass. The phone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

Oppo K13x

It comes in 6GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM options with 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, expandable up to 1TB via microSD. The device runs Android 15 with ColorOS 15.

The K13x has a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP OV50D sensor (f/1.88) and a 2MP portrait sensor. For selfies, it offers an 8MP front camera. It supports up to 1080p video recording.

Oppo K13x

It includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual SIM support, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, GPS/GLONASS, and USB Type-C connectivity. The phone also has MIL-STD-810H durability and IP66/IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance.

The K13x measures 164.82×75.53×7.76mm, weighs 194g, and houses a 5800mAh battery with 45W SuperVOOC charging.

Pricing

The OPPO K13x starts at 799 yuan (USD 112) for the 6GB + 128GB variant and goes up to 999 yuan (USD 140) for the 8GB + 256GB model. The OPPO K13s is priced at 1499 yuan (USD 210) for the 8GB + 256GB version and 1599 yuan (USD 224) for the 12GB + 256GB version.

As mentioned above, these phones launched in India as the OPPO F31 Pro+ and the OPPO F31, alongside the OPPO F31 Pro. The series brings flagship-grade durability with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings, MIL-STD-810H certification, and a 360° Armour Body. All models feature large vapor chambers for cooling, OLED displays with 120Hz refresh rates, high peak brightness, and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
