Vivo has started teasing its upcoming X300 series phones. Earlier this week, the company confirmed that the phones will run on MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with its in-house V3+ imaging chip. Now, a new leak from tipster Digital Chat Station provides what appears to be a comprehensive spec sheet for the device.
According to the leak, the Vivo X300 will feature a 6.31-inch LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The panel reportedly comes with BOE’s exclusive Q10+ substrate and support for brightness as low as 1 nit. The display will have minimal and equal bezels all around.

On the performance side, the Dimensity 9500 is expected to provide flagship-level processing, while the V3+ imaging chip will handle computational photography tasks.
The camera setup will include a 200MP main sensor (HPB, 1/1.4-inch), a 50MP ultra-wide, and a 50MP periscope telephoto macro lens (Sony LYT602, 3x optical, 1/2-inch). The system is said to come with Zeiss T coating*. On the front, there’s a 50MP selfie camera.
As for the battery and charging specs, the Vivo X300 is said to have a 6000mAh battery and support for 90W wired fast charging, along with wireless charging support. Other hardware details mentioned in the leak include USB 3.2 and 3D ultrasonic fingerprint 2.0 for under-display biometric authentication.
