OriginOS is finally coming to Vivo and iQOO users outside China, and this could be the biggest software upgrade in recent years. The company has already confirmed that OriginOS 6 will be unveiled globally on October 15. Soon after the launch, it will start rolling out to eligible devices. Vivo X series phones
Vivo X series phones typically receive at least three major Android updates, while the X200 series promises an extra OS upgrade. So, those launched with Android 13 or newer versions should be upgraded to Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

Vivo has already begun registration for the OriginOS 6 Preview program, starting with the Vivo X200 Pro and iQOO 13. More devices may become available for registration in the coming days, while the beta update is expected to be released after the official launch on October 15.
