Vivo X300 Pro is one of the most powerful Android flagship smartphone from China. The company is setting a high standards for performance, with a new listing on a popular benchmarking platform showcasing some impressive numbers. And looking at these figures, the Xiaomi 17 Pro series is seeing stiff competition. So here’s what we know.

Vivo X300 Pro Flexes Its Muscles with Dimensity 9500

Known tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore just shared a screenshot of AnTuTu benchmark results for both the Vivo X300 Pro and Xiaomi 17 Pro Max. Looking at the test results, the Vivo X300 Pro, powered by MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500, managed to achieve an impressive score of 3,956,885 points. In comparison, the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max, which features Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, got a score of 3,731,077 points.

So the X300 Pro managed to edge past Xiaomi’s top flagship model. Apart from the overall score, Vivo’s latest flagship managed to win in multiple tests in the benchmark, including CPU, GPU, and memory performance. Although, it is worth noting that the X300 Pro doesn’t win by a massive margin, and only edges past the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max. One notable area where the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max performed better is with thermal dissipation.

The Xiaomi 17 Pro Max ran noticeably cooler at around 17.2 degrees Celsius, while the Vivo X300 Pro Max’s temperature hit 20.6 degrees Celsius. Both models have only recently made their debuts, so future updates would likely refine these devices and improve their performance. So stick around for more.
