OnePlus is gradually revealing key details about the upcoming OnePlus 15 ahead of its Oct. 27 launch in China. Today, the brand confirmed the device’s battery size and charging capabilities, revealing that it will feature the largest battery ever seen on a OnePlus smartphone.

The official poster confirms that the OnePlus 15 will house a massive 7,300mAh battery. Additionally, it supports 120W wired charging, bypass charging, and 50W wireless charging.
Apart from these details, the brand has already confirmed several key specifications of the OP15. It will feature a 6.78-inch X3 OLED panel supplied by BOE, offering a 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. For security, the device will include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
The OnePlus 15 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and is expected to offer up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. For enhanced gaming performance, the phone will come with a dedicated P3 display chip.
The OP15’s camera configuration remains under wraps. However, reports suggest it may feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-700 main camera alongside two 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 sensors for ultra-wide and periscope telephoto cameras.
In related news, the global version of the OnePlus 15 has surfaced on Geekbench, confirming key details such as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, 12GB of RAM, and Android 16. The device is expected to launch in multiple markets outside China in November, with reports indicating a possible India debut on Nov. 13.
