The iQOO Neo 11 is scheduled to launch on Oct. 30 in China. The affordable flagship has now surfaced on Geekbench, revealing key details about its chipset, RAM, and OS. The details that have emerged suggest that it will rival the likes of the OnePlus Ace 6, Redmi K90, and Realme GT 8 in China.

The above screenshot reveals that a Vivo phone bearing the model number V2520A has appeared in Geekbench’s database. This device was spotted at the 3C certification last month with a 100W charger. As per reports, this device is the upcoming iQOO Neo 11 aimed at the Chinese market.
While the Geekbench listing does not specify the chipset’s name that powers the iQOO Neo 11, the CPU and GPU (via source code) details are sufficient to confirm that it is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The listing also reveals that the device is equipped with 16GB of RAM and Android 16. It scored 2,936 in the single-core and 8,818 in the multi-core tests on Geekbench.

iQOO has already confirmed that the Neo 11 will feature a 6.78-inch BOE Q10+ OLED panel that supports a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device features a 7,500mAh battery and supports 100W charging. Like the iQOO 15, the Neo 11 will come preloaded with OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. For photography, it may feature a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support and an ultra-wide snapper.
For security, it will have an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. It will feature a metal middle frame and an IP68/69-rated body. It will be available in shades like black, white, orange, and purple.
The iQOO 15 is scheduled to launch in India in November, though it remains unclear if the Neo 11 will be unveiled alongside it. Reports suggest the Neo 11 could arrive in the Indian market sometime in Q1 2026.
