Earlier this month, Oppo unveiled the Oppo Find X9 series of smartphones in China. The X9 and X9 Pro are scheduled to hit the global market on Oct. 28. While the rumour mill is speculating on the pricing and key specs of their global variants, details about the upcoming Find X9s have gradually started surfacing. Today, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked the key specifications of the X9s well before its launch.
Oppo Find X9s key specifications tipped
Rumors suggest that Oppo may unveil three new X9-series phones, such as the Find X9s, Find X9s+, and Find X9 Ultra, in March or April 2026 in China. While the Ultra will be an ultimate flagship powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and dual periscope telephoto cameras, the Find X9s+ could be an updated version of the existing Find X9. As for the Find X9s, it is said to be a powerful compact flagship phone.
According to the tipster, the Oppo Find X9s will arrive with a 6.3-inch flat OLED screen with rounder corners and symmetrical bezels on all four sides. It will be an LTPS panel equipped with a 1.5K resolution and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
The Find X9s will be powered by the upcoming Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset, which is said to be an overclocked version of the existing Dimensity 9500 SoC. The tipster has previously revealed that it may pack a battery of around 7,000mAh capacity. Apart from fast wired charging, the device will also support wireless charging.
In terms of cameras, the device will boast a triple 50-megapixel setup, consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto unit. The main camera reportedly uses a large Sony IMX9-series sensor, offering top-tier imaging capabilities.
