Back in October, the iQOO 15 was announced in China as the next generation flagship smartphone that brings high end performance for gaming enthusiasts. Now, this model has just been announced in the Indian market, bringing the premium features. So here’s everything you need to know about its specs, price, launch offers, and more.
1. iQOO 15 India Launch: Design & Display
The brand just unveiled the iQOO 15 in India, and the global variant carries the same design and features as the Chinese version. iQOO’s latest flagship has a sleek AG micro matte finish and anti fingerprint coating on the flat rear panel. The rounded square camera module houses the image sensors and is surrounded by the halo light strip. For protection against the elements, the iQOO 15 gets an IP68 + IP69 rating for water and dust resistance.
On the front, the phone sports a tall 6.85-inch Samsung M14 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 6000 nits of peak brightness. This panel arrives with a 1Hz always on display, an anti-reflective screen, wet finger control for improved touch input, and a 3,200Hz instant touch sampling rate.
2. Performance
The iQOO 15 is a performance focused flagship smartphone. It is equipped with Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, which is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. This new chip gets a notable bump in CPU, GPU, and NPU performance. Under the hood, a huge 7,000mAh battery pack powers this device, which supports 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless fast charging.
An 8K VC cooling system keeps these beefy specs cooled, which has a heat dissipation area of 8000 sq mm. Other notable features include stereo speakers with HiFi audio, an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, an infrared sensor, Bluetooth 6.0, WiFi 7, and NFC. It runs on the Android 16 OS based OriginOS 6 custom skin out of the box, and iQOO promises up to 5 years of Android updates and 7 years of security patches as well.
3. Camera
For photography, the iQOO 15 gets three 50MP cameras on the back. This consists of a Sony IMX921 main sensor (1/1.56″) with OIS, an ultra wide angle lens, and Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto (1/1.95″) with 3x optical zoom. Meanwhile, the front houses a 32MP shooter for selfies and video calls. The main and telephoto shooter also supports OIS (Optical Image Stabilization).

iQOO has just announced its latest flagship in India in two color options, namely Legend (White) and Alpha Black. The iQOO 15 has a starting price tag of Rs 72,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model, while the higher end 16GB + 512GB variant costs Rs 79,999. First sales will kick off on 1st December 2025 (27th November 2026 for those who pre-booked) via the brand’s official website and Amazon India.
This model arrives with an instant bank discount of up to Rs 7,000 along with Rs 7,000 exchange bonus. There is also an additional Rs 1,000 discount coupon, while pre-bookings get 12 months of extended warranty along with a free iQOO TWS 1s.
