Oppo has quietly introduced a new budget smartphone in India. The Oppo A6x 5G follows the Malaysian launch of its 4G sibling and brings a decent set of specs for its asking price.

Oppo A6x 5G Specifications

The device is built around a 6.75-inch LCD panel, stretched out to a tall screen ratio with HD+ resolution. The big uplift comes from its 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. Oppo also claims up to 1125 nits of peak brightness and 8-bit of color depth.

Driving the phone is MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300, a modest 5G-capable chip joined by a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It’s not built for high-end gaming, but it should cruise through social apps, light multitasking, and ColorOS 15 without drama.

At the center of the phone’s pitch is its 6,500mAh battery. Oppo says it can give an all-day run time for users. It pairs with 45W wired charging.

As for the cameras, you get a 13MP main camera on the back and a 5MP selfie camera on the front. The rest of the package stays practical with Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C, a headphone jack (yes, really), a microSD slot, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
