Lenovo isn’t a popular brand when it comes to software updates. However, it does offer major OS upgrades to many of its devices, albeit with some delay, and Android 16 is no exception.
Some Lenovo devices are already receiving the Android 16 update. For the remaining ones, we now have official confirmation (via) on the list of eligible devices and rollout schedule. Review the details below to find out when your Lenovo device will get the update.

It doesn’t take long to realize that there are no smartphones on the list. Well, that’s because Lenovo hasn’t released phones in the last few years. It primarily focuses on tablets.

So, if you have a Lenovo or Moto tablet that’s on the list, it’s guaranteed to receive the Android 16 update. This major upgrade, however, doesn’t bring too many visual upgrades or groundbreaking changes. Still, there are some new features to look forward to, such as Live updates, Desktop Window, Group notifications, Embedded Photo Picker, APV codec support, New Emojis, Predictive Back upgrades, HDR screenshots, and Advanced Protection Mode.
