The OxygenOS 16 rollout is progressing smoothly and, more importantly, according to schedule. In fact, several devices received the update ahead of the official timeline. So far, the Android 16-based software has been rolled out to almost all eligible flagship phones, as well as many mid-range phones.

OnePlus has started rolling out the OxygenOS 16 update to the aforementioned devices. As the rollout happens in batches, it may take a few days to reach all the devices across regions.
You should receive a notification on your device when the update is available. Or, you can manually check for available updates by navigating to Settings > System & Updates > Software update.

OxygenOS 16 is a major upgrade with a substantial download size of several gigabytes. To ensure a smooth upgrade to OxygenOS 16, please ensure your device has at least 5-6GB of free internal storage and at least 40% battery. For additional protection, you can create a backup of important data.
