After teasing the arrival of the iQOO Z11 Turbo for a few days, the brand has finally confirmed the launch today. The upcoming smartphone will debut in China on January 15, positioning itself as a performance-focused device with a strong emphasis on battery life and flagship-grade hardware. While iQOO has officially shared some details, several specifications have surfaced through reliable reports. The iQOO Z11 Turbo is expected to feature a 6.59-inch LTPS OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate. The screen is said to integrate an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, while the phone itself is built using a metal middle frame and a glass back. Despite housing a large battery, the device is tipped to measure just 7.9mm in thickness and weigh around 202 grams.
Performance is likely to be a major highlight, with the Z11 Turbo expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. This processor is paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage across multiple variants, including options such as 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB.
The Z11 Turbo is tipped to pack a 7,600mAh battery, which is claimed to be the largest on a phone of this size. Fast charging support is expected to reach 100W, making it suitable for heavy daily usage. The phone is expected to ship with Android 16 layered with OriginOS 6.
Camera hardware is said to include a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies. At the rear, the phone is expected to feature a 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 primary camera with OIS, accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The device is also expected to offer IP68 and IP69-rated dust and water resistance.

In China, the iQOO Z11 Turbo is expected to start at 2,500 Yuan, which roughly converts to around Rs 29,000. Colour options are said to include black, white or silver, blue, and pink. Reports also suggest that the device could be rebranded as the iQOO 15R in select global markets.
