BenQ has launched the EW270Q gaming monitor in India, adding a new 27-inch option to its mid-range lineup. The monitor is aimed at gamers who want a high refresh rate QHD display without moving into expensive flagship models.

The BenQ EW270Q features a 27-inch IPS panel with a QHD resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. It supports a 200Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time, which helps deliver smooth motion in fast-paced games. AMD FreeSync Premium is included to reduce screen tearing and stuttering during gameplay. The panel also supports HDR10 and uses a matte screen finish to cut down reflections.

Color performance is tuned for both gaming and general use. The display covers 90 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut. BenQ includes Game Color Mode, Color Vibrance, and Light Tuner settings, which allow users to adjust visibility and contrast based on the content being viewed. A Visual Optimizer feature is also present for quick picture adjustments.
Connectivity options include one HDMI 2.0 port, one DisplayPort 1.4, and one USB-C port. The USB-C connection supports DisplayPort Alt Mode, data transfer, and up to 65W Power Delivery, allowing supported laptops to be charged through a single cable. Audio is handled by dual 5W built-in speakers, and there is also a headphone jack.
The monitor has a white body design and supports tilt adjustment from minus 5 degrees to 20 degrees, along with swivel support of plus or minus 20 degrees. It is compatible with VESA 100 × 100 mm mounts. With the stand, the monitor measures 436 × 614 × 211 mm and weighs 4.64 kg. Without the stand, it measures 372 × 614 × 60 mm and weighs 4.01 kg.
Eye care features include Flicker-Free technology, Low Blue Light mode, Motion Blur Reduction, and a Color Weakness mode. Software support includes Display Pilot 2 and Display Quickit. Power consumption is rated at 26W under normal use, up to 150W at maximum, and 0.5W in sleep mode.
