The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered iQOO 15 Ultra recently appeared in an official AnTuTu listing shared by iQOO Product Director Galant V. It has recorded a total score of 4,518,403 points, which currently stands as the highest score achieved on the benchmarking platform. iQOO 15 Ultra specifications (rumored)

Based on teasers and leaks, the iQOO 15 Ultra is expected to include an active cooling fan and dedicated gaming shoulder buttons. While much of its core hardware is likely to be shared with the existing iQOO 15, the Ultra variant is expected to feature a larger battery, possibly exceeding 7,000mAh, along with support for up to 200W fast charging.

Therefore, the iQOO 15 Ultra is also expected to feature a 6.85-inch AMOLED 2K 144Hz OLED display, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage. The phone is also expected to feature triple 50-megapixel cameras on the back.

iQOO positions the 15 Ultra as a device built for extended gaming sessions, focusing on stable frame rates, thermal control, and responsive inputs. This places it in direct competition with gaming-centric smartphones such as the Red Magic 11 Pro series. The phone is expected to launch in China by early February 2026, though there is no confirmation yet regarding availability in other markets.
