Xiaomi HyperOS 3.1 beta update

While the HyperOS 3 rollout is still in progress, Xiaomi has already begun recruiting users for HyperOS 3.1. The beta rollout started just last week, and now we have a new set of Xiaomi devices ready for early access to HyperOS 3.1.

The Android 16-based beta update is now available for Redmi K80 Pro and Xiaomi 14 Ultra, as spotted by folks at Xiaomi Time. These two devices are part of the second batch of the HyperOS 3.1 beta rollout, which also includes Xiaomi 15 models, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra, and more.

Please note that the HyperOS 3.1 beta is currently available only in China. However, Xiaomi is already testing the global build on several devices, meaning the update will likely be released for global users as well.

Below is a list of devices that have already received the HyperOS 3.1 update in China:

  • REDMI K90: 3.0.300.4.BETA
  • REDMI K90 Pro Max: 3.0.300.2.BETA
  • Xiaomi 17: 3.0.300.3.BETA
  • Xiaomi 17 Pro: 3.0.300.2.BETA
  • Xiaomi 17 Pro Max: 3.0.300.5.BETA
  • Xiaomi 17 Ultra: 3.0.300.4.BETA
  • Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro: 3.0.300.2.BETA
  • Xiaomi Pad 8: 3.0.300.2.BETA

Note: The version number “3.0.300” refers to the HyperOS 3.1 codebase.

Xiaomi will expand the HyperOS 3.1 beta to more devices over the coming days and weeks. However, the brand hasn’t confirmed if the beta program will also be released for global models.
