iQOO recently confirmed that it will announce the iQOO Z11 in China this month. This phone will be positioned below the iQOO Z11 Turbo, which debuted in January in the country. Recently, the Z11, which bears the V2551A model number, was approved by China’s 3C certification platform. Now the handset has appeared on Geekbench, revealing some of its key hardware details ahead of launch.
iQOO Z11 Geekbench listing

The Geekbench listing shows a device carrying the V2551A model number, which is associated with the iQOO Z11 for the Chinese market. The benchmark entry indicates that the device is powered by the Dimensity 8500 chipset. According to the CPU configuration mentioned in the listing, the processor includes one prime core clocked at 3.40GHz, three performance cores running at 3.20GHz, and four efficiency cores operating at 2.20GHz. The metadata of the listing reveals Mali-G720 MC8 for graphics.
The benchmark result also confirms the presence of 16GB of RAM and Android 16, which will most likely have the OriginOS 6 skin on top. In the Geekbench 6 test, the device achieved a single-core score of 1,717 and a multi-core score of 6,795. These numbers align with the usual Geekbench scores of the D8500 chip.
iQOO Z11 key specifications

Apart from the benchmark information, a few other specifications of the iQOO Z11 are already known. The company has officially confirmed that the smartphone will feature a 165Hz eye-protection gaming display. It will also include a 9,020mAh battery, which is claimed to be the largest battery ever used on an iQOO smartphone. According to its 3C certification listing, the device is expected to support 90W fast charging.
Leaks shared by tipster Digital Chat Station indicate that the Z11 may feature a 6.83-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The handset is also expected to offer up to 512GB of internal storage. These details suggest that the phone will target users who prioritize gaming performance and long battery life.
At present, there is no clarity on whether the iQOO Z11 will be released outside China. While the above specifications appear strong enough for a Neo-series device in global markets, a recent report claimed that iQOO has no plans to launch a Neo-series phone in 2026. In China, it will be priced at around ~$290.
