Toshiba has announced a new television lineup in India with a focus on improved visuals, sound, and gaming performance. The Z670SP series marks the brand’s entry into the mini LED segment in the country, bringing multiple screen size options and updated processing features.

The Toshiba Z670SP series is available in 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch, and 100-inch sizes, catering to a wide range of users. A key highlight is the native 144Hz refresh rate panel, which aims to deliver smoother motion, especially for sports and gaming content. The TVs are also equipped with REGZA Intelligence, an AI-driven system that adjusts picture and audio settings in real time based on what is being viewed.
For visuals, the series relies on mini LED backlighting combined with QLED colour technology, helping improve brightness control, contrast, and color output. The REGZA Engine ZRi powers image processing tasks such as upscaling and clarity enhancement, ensuring consistent performance across different types of content. Support for Dolby Vision further enhances HDR playback with better detail in both bright and dark scenes.
Audio is another area of focus, with front-firing speakers designed to direct sound towards the viewer. This setup works alongside REGZA Power Audio+ and Eilex Prism technology to maintain balanced and clear output. Dolby Atmos support adds a more immersive sound experience. The TVs also include Game Mode Pro, which reduces input lag and improves responsiveness for connected consoles and gaming setups.

The Toshiba Z670SP series starts at Rs 64,990 (~$700) and will be available through Reliance Digital, Amazon India, and Flipkart, along with offline retail outlets. Buyers can also avail launch offers such as cashback of up to Rs 10,000, zero down payment options, and a two-year comprehensive warranty.
