CMF has launched the Watch 3 Pro in India, bringing its latest smartwatch to the market after its earlier international debut in January. The new model succeeds the Watch Pro 2 and adds upgraded fitness tracking, AI tools, Bluetooth calling, and longer battery life.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a 466 x 466 pixel resolution, 60fps refresh rate, 326ppi pixel density, 650 nits typical brightness, and up to 670 nits peak brightness. CMF says the screen-to-body ratio is 10% higher than the Watch Pro 2. Always-On Display is also supported.
The smartwatch has a precision-milled metal body, soft-touch silicone straps, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It comes in Light Green, Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange. The device measures 25.8 x 4.7 x 1.44cm and weighs 51g.
What fitness and smart features does the CMF Watch 3 Pro offer?
For fitness tracking, the Watch 3 Pro supports more than 130 sports modes, including 131 listed activity modes and automatic detection for seven activities. It includes dual-band GPS with L1 and L5 support, along with GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and Beidou. CMF has also added a four-channel heart rate sensor, SpO2 monitoring, an accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, 6-axis motion tracking, sleep detection with enhanced sleep tracking, stress monitoring, women’s health records, calories, distance, exercise duration, water reminders, and stand-up alerts.

The watch also offers Active Score, which uses MET-based data to summarise weekly physical activity. AI-powered workout summaries show training load, estimated recovery time, and endurance predictions for 5K and 10K runs.
Smart features include ChatGPT-based voice prompts, Bluetooth calling, a speaker, a microphone, an additional microphone for clearer calls, gesture shortcuts, 140-character quick replies, weather, flashlight, Find My Phone, voice recording with transcription, and Essential News digests.



The 350mAh battery is rated for up to 13 days of typical use, 10 to 11 days with heavy use, 4.5 days with AOD and heavy use, 17.2 hours of continuous GPS use, and up to 60 days in power-saving mode. A full charge takes 99 minutes.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro works with the Nothing X app, which now supports CMF watches, including the Watch Pro and Watch Pro 2. It also supports Strava, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect.
How much does the CMF Watch 3 Pro cost in India?
The CMF Watch 3 Pro is priced at Rs. 7,999, with an introductory price of Rs. 6,999. Early bird sales begin on May 7 at 12PM, followed by general sales on May 8 through Flipkart and participating offline stores across India.
