The Vivo Pad 5c has gone official in China as the newest addition to its tablet lineup. Positioned in the mid-range segment, the new model shares much of its hardware with the iQOO Pad 5c while combining a high refresh rate display, a Snapdragon 8-series chipset and a large battery.
Vivo Pad 5c specifications and features

The Vivo Pad 5c features a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 2.8K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 900 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and is available with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage.
The tablet runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and includes AI-powered features such as AI PPT Assistant, Vivo File Transfer and floating window support. Vivo has also equipped it with a 32,200mm² vapour chamber cooling system to help manage temperatures during demanding workloads.
For photography, the tablet includes an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. It packs a 10,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. Other highlights include a quad-speaker audio system, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C, a 3.5mm headphone jack and facial recognition. The Pad 5c also supports the Vivo Pencil 3 stylus and Vivo Smart Touch Keyboard 5. It measures 6.62mm thick and weighs 584g.
Vivo Pad 5c price and availability
The Vivo Pad 5c starts at CNY 2,699 (~$400) for the 8GB+128GB variant. The 8GB+256GB model is priced at CNY 2,999 (~$440), while the 12GB+256GB version costs CNY 3,499 (~$515). The tablet is available in Blue, Green and Grey colour options and is currently on sale in China through Vivo’s official channels.
