Casio has announced a new addition to its G-Shock lineup, the GMA-S2100PR-4AER, a limited-edition watch designed to coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October. Based on the existing analog-digital GMA-S2100 series, this new model introduces a monochromatic pink colorway and a specific focus on charitable support.

Design Details

The watch features various shades of pastel pink across the case, band, and dial. Casio has also modified the inset dial at the 9 o’clock position, replacing the standard indicator with a pink ribbon motif, the widely recognized symbol for breast cancer awareness.

From a hardware perspective, the GMA-S2100PR-4AER retains the standard specifications of the S2100 lineup. It features a carbon fiber-reinforced case utilizing Casio’s Carbon Core Guard structure. Both the bezel and the band are constructed from bio-based resin.

The watch measures 46.2 x 42.9 x 11.2 mm and weighs 41 grams, keeping it on the more compact end of the G-Shock catalog. It includes the standard array of G-Shock durability features, including shock resistance and 200-meter water resistance.

Internal features include a world time function covering 31 time zones, a 1/100-second stopwatch, a 24-hour countdown timer, and five daily alarms. The display is illuminated by a double LED system for visibility in low light, and the watch runs on two SR726W batteries with an estimated lifespan of three years.

Casio is launching this model in partnership with Odyssea, a French non-profit organization focused on breast cancer prevention, research, and patient support. Alongside a financial donation to the organization, Casio is sponsoring charity race entries for Odyssea events in Paris and La Réunion.

Casio has also listed the watch in the US, though official stateside pricing has not yet been announced.
