iQOO will unveil its next flagship phone, the iQOO Neo 12, later this month in China. Ahead of the launch, the performance-focused offering has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Rumors suggest that the brand may also unveil a new tablet, tentatively dubbed the iQOO Pad Pro, alongside the phone. Ahead of the expected launch, both devices have been approved by China’s 3C authority, revealing their fast-charging capabilities.

China’s 3C certification database has reportedly approved two upcoming Vivo devices, identified by the model numbers V2618A and iPA2693. The V2618A, believed to be the forthcoming iQOO Neo 12, supports charging at up to 100W.

Meanwhile, the tablet listed under the iPA2693 certification identifier, with the charger model V6660L0A2-CN, supports up to 66W charging. This could be the upcoming iQOO Pad Pro.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered iQOO Neo 12 will feature a 6.83-inch 2K OLED display supplied by Visionox, with a refresh rate of up to 185Hz. It is also said to feature a dedicated display chip for enhanced gaming and a huge battery of around 9,000mAh capacity. A recent report revealed that the device could be equipped with a cooling fan for heat dissipation.

The iQOO Pad Pro is tipped to feature an 8.8-inch display, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and iQOO’s Q3 gaming chip for enhanced gaming performance. The device is also expected to support 66W charging, as indicated by its certification.
