Xiaomi 18 Pro Max with HyperOS 4

Xiaomi has published a post on the community website confirming that the stable rollout begins next week in China. It says the internal testing recruitment will end on October 14th, and the very next day, stable builds will start rolling out in batches.

Starting October 15, the first phase of HyperOS 4 rollout will hit devices in China, targeting flagship lineups like the Xiaomi 17, Redmi K90, and Xiaomi Pad 8 series.

According to the official timeline published recently, these devices should receive the HyperOS 4 update before month’s end, as the second batch rollout is scheduled to begin later this month.

Xiaomi has already published the complete rollout schedule for China. For global users, the company is running the beta program for several devices. However, there’s no official announcement on when the stable rollout will take place.

Given Xiaomi’s typical launch cadence, a global schedule should drop soon. The actual rollout is likely to begin in late October.
