The company has also highlighted new features designed to make the device more useful in everyday scenarios.

Redmi K100 to launch with HyperOS 4 and new AI features

Redmi has confirmed that the Redmi K100 will run HyperOS 4, bringing a redesigned visual experience inspired by its flagship devices. The software will include Super XiaoAi 2.0, powered by the Xiaomi MiMo large language model, with features such as convenient memory capabilities and new AI experiences. The phone will also support cross-device connectivity, allowing tablets and PCs to access and process data from the smartphone, alongside enhanced privacy protection.

These features add to the phone’s previously revealed hardware, including a 6.83-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor paired with a dedicated D2 gaming display chip.

For an enhanced gaming experience, the Redmi K100 will arrive with symmetrical dual 1115X speakers. The phone will also feature seven gaming antennas for improved connectivity, dual T1+ signal enhancement chips and a 0815 X-axis linear motor for more precise vibration feedback. A three-microphone system will further optimize voice communication during gameplay.

The Redmi K100 will house a 10,000mAh battery, 100W wired charging, and 27W wired reverse charging. On the front, it has a 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate support. Under the hood, it features the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip along with D2 gaming enhancement chip.

Redmi has opened pre-reservations in China, with the launch scheduled for October 27 at 7 pm local time.
