Fresh renders of the Galaxy Fit 4 have popped up, giving us the clearest look yet at Samsung’s upcoming affordable fitness tracker. The images were shared by the Cipher Project on Telegram. So far we’re seeing the device in black, white, and a light green shade. More colors could still show up later.

The design sticks pretty closely to the simple, clean look of the previous Galaxy Fit models. It has a rectangular OLED display that looks a bit bigger than the 1.6-inch screen on the Fit 3, which should make it easier to read info at a glance.

There’s a single physical button on the right side, most likely for waking the screen or moving through menus. A silver bezel frames the display and gives it a slightly more premium touch compared to the last one. The silicone strap and the sensor layout on the back still look very familiar.
On the specs side, earlier regulatory filings (including FCC certification under the model number SM-R391) confirm it supports Bluetooth 5.4 with EDR, a small step up from the Fit 3’s Bluetooth 5.3. An optical heart-rate sensor on the back will handle the usual health tracking, like continuous heart-rate monitoring and workout recording. Since this is meant to be an affordable tracker, it’s expected to run a lightweight real-time operating system (RTOS) instead of Google’s Wear OS. That helps keep both the price and the power use down.

One big question mark remains: built-in GPS. Nothing so far confirms that the Fit 4 will have its own satellite positioning. Without it, outdoor activities like running, cycling, or walking would still need a paired phone for route mapping, the same limitation the Fit 3 had.
Samsung hasn’t said anything yet about pricing, battery life, or a launch date. The Galaxy Fit 3 currently sells for around $45–$60 depending on where you look, so the Fit 4 is widely expected to stay in that same budget-friendly range. With production components already being tested, a late-2026 release feels pretty plausible.
