Xiaomi is ready to bring the new smartphone to the female-centric CIVI series. The firm has confirmed the latest Xiaomi CIVI 2 will debut in China on September 27. Ahead of the launch, the company has started teasing the specs and design of the handset. In the latest teaser, the Chinese tech giant confirmed the battery and charging speed of the CIVI 2. Xiaomi recently posted a teaser on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, which revealed the upcoming Xiaomi CIVI 2S would be equipped with a 4500mAh battery and support 67W fast charging. The handset is claimed to charge fully in just 40 minutes. The teaser also mentions that the handset will have a thin and light body.

As mentioned, the company has already revealed the design and a few specifications of the device. It will have a curved display with a pill-shaped cutout on the front, which will remind you of the new iPhone 14 Pro smartphones. In addition, it will have a triple rear camera setup arranged on a squircle module.

Talking about the specs, the Xiaomi CIVI 2 is expected to have a 6.56-inch OLED FHD+ display that may offer a 120Hz refresh rate. It is tipped to be powered by Qualcomm’s recently announced Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip, paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

In terms of optics, it will have dual 32-megapixel front-facing cameras. While at the back, it will feature a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS. The main sensor may be accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro unit. The Xiaomi CIVI 2 will likely run Android 12 OS, with the MIUI 13 skin on top.
