Former World Footballer of the Year and Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo may be currently using a Huawei mobile phone. A Weibo post by Sina Digital shows a photo of Ronaldo with a possible Huawei smartphone.

The speculations surrounding the post point to the Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design Edition. It is however speculated that the Weibo photo was from 2021 and some netizens believed it could be a non-Huawei phone in the picture. The smartphone has a 40MP Leica three-camera setup and uses in-screen fingerprint unlocking, in addition to its rear fingerprint scanner. The smartphone was released in black and red color variants and also features face unlocking.
