A known tipster has just revealed information regarding an upcoming smartphone that features Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. It seems that a brand is working on a new phone with Qualcomm’s next gen flagship and a curved display from BOE. While the name of this device is still unclear, this might be the OnePlus 13.
OnePlus 13: Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 Meets 2K Quad Curve display

The news arrives from Digital Chat Station who shared this information on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). DCS claimed that a new Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 phone is in the works with a 2K quad curved display. This screen is a BOE 8T LTPO panel that houses an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Apart from these display specs, the unknown phone is also expected to feature an IP68/IP69 rating for water and dust resistance.
In the comments section of this online post, Digital Chat Station stated that the OnePlus 13 will use a micro-curved screen and may appear similar to the Oppo Reno 12. Some of these are in line with our previous report. The OnePlus 13 is rumored to be one of the first to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. DCS claimed last month that the new OnePlus flagship will be powered by a massive battery pack that is rated over 6,000mAh. However, rumors suggest that it may lack support for wireless charging.

Similarly, we also have some details regarding its camera systems. The device will have three 50-megapixel cameras. This will consist of a Sony LYT-808 primary camera, a Sony IMX882 camera for ultrawide shots, and another IMX882 camera for periscope zoom. All three sensors may have a 50-megapixel resolution and come with Hasselblad camera optimizations. So stick around for more as we will be providing updates when additional information surfaces online.
