The iQOO Neo10 series is set to launch on November 29th, and it brings an surprise feature—a camera setup inspired by Vivo‘s flagship models.
In a teaser posted on Weibo today, iQOO confirms that the Neo10 series will feature the Sony IMX921 sensor as its primary camera module. This is the same sensor found in Vivo’s flagship phone, the X200.

The Neo10 series also includes custom-designed Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) to reduce blur and counteract shaky hands. And iQOO claims the phones will inherit “four self-developed imaging algorithms” from Vivo’s flagship phones.
Additionally, iQOO shared camera samples from the Neo10 Pro in another post, and the results are impressively good.
Beyond this…
Beyond the camera, the Neo10 lineup boasts some impressive specs. The standard version features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and a 1.5K resolution display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
Meanwhile, the Neo10 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
The Neo 10 duo will have another, the in-house Q2 chip, for an improved gaming experience. It will assist in features like super-resolution and frame-rate interpolation. The series also supports 120W private protocol flash charging, 100W PPS protocol fast charging, and a direct-drive power supply.

As for the display, both models come with 8T LTPO panels with incredibly slim bezels measuring just 1.4mm on the left and right, making it the slimmest border in the Neo lineup. There will be ultrasonic fingerprint scanners for “one-swipe unlocking” — an upgrade from the optical fingerprint scanner of the iQOO Neo 9 series.
The Neo10 series comes in three colour options – a classic Extreme Shadow Black, a vibrant Rally Orange, and a sleek Chiguang White. And despite housing a larger 6,100mAh battery, the phones maintain a slim profile at 7.99mm and weigh 199 grams.
