The Oppo A5 Pro (4G) is a budget smartphone that stands out with its rugged durability, featuring an IP69 rating for water resistance. This means it can withstand submersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. Additionally, it has passed 14 military-grade durability tests, enhancing its resistance to accidental drops.
The device sports a 6.67-inch HD+ (1604×720 pixels) LCD screen with a peak brightness of 1000 nits and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 chipset built on an 11nm process. The phone is equipped with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage. Powering the Oppo A5 Pro (4G) is a large 5,800mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
For photography, the A5 Pro features a dual-camera setup, including a 50-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor for depth effects. The Oppo A5 Pro (4G) is available in Mocha Brown and Olive Green colour options. It comes in a single 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, priced at RM 899 (~$200).
