After a few months of silence, ZTE announced the brand new flagship, the ZTE Axon 7 today. The phone comes with a premium metal design, with dual speakers up front beside the 5.5-inch display. Overall, the design of the phone is built to give it a premium feel, and the gold color option surely adds to the posh feel of the device.
Up front, the phone comes with a 5.5-inch 2K panel, which is bright and the 558 ppi resolution makes the images and videos on the display stand out. You will find black borders around the screen, but they are reasonably thin, so as to not interfere with the overall experience of the device. On top of the display you have an 8MP front camera.
Coming to the back, the phone features a 20MP sensor with dual LED flash and a fingerprint sensor. Also, you have the same “Designed in the USA” writing near the bottom of the metal back panel, like we saw in the Axon flagship last year. In fact, this year, the company worked with Designworks, a subsidiary of BMW group to design the Axon 7. You can read more about the specs and features of the device from our launch article.
