Xiaomi is one of the most popular smartphone manufacturers worldwide. The company releases a number of smartphones varying in specs and prices every year, and this year we saw some really powerful smartphones from the brand. This includes the Xiaomi 12S Ultra model that featured a massive 1-inch sensor onboard with Leica optimization.

A few years ago, if you said you wanted a premium smartphone, we would have typically recommended a OnePlus or a Huawei device. Xiaomi did have powerful devices, but they never felt as premium or smart as the established manufacturers. But over the past few years, Beijing based brand has changed its perception among premium buyers with beautiful designs, high-end features, and collaborations like Leica co-branding on their smartphones.
