    Google Pixel 7

    Kicking off the list we have the Google Pixel 7. Although the Pro version of the device comes with a few extra bells and whistles, the vanilla Pixel 7 has become a crowd favorite. The device has been named the smartphone of the year by many tech publications including Gizmochina.

    Other than all the Pixel-exclusive features that can now be used in India, the most impressive highlight of the device is its highly praised camera setup. The Pixel 7 comes with a 50MP wide-angle primary camera sensor (with OIS) and a 12MP ultra-wide sensor (with a 114° field of view). The front camera has a 10.8MP resolution with a 92.8° field of view. The device costs ₹59,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model.

    iQOO 11

    iQOO recently debuted iQOO 11 in India. It won’t be incorrect to say that the device is the most luxurious gaming smartphone currently on the market. It features the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip cooled by a VC liquid cooling system. The smartphone offers a super premium 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED with 3200 x 1440 pixels (2K) with a 144 Hz refresh rate, 300 Hz touch sampling rate, and 10-bit color depth.

    The device is also quite capable when it comes to photography. It features a flagship-grade 50MP Samsung GN5 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 13MP 2x telephoto sensor. There is a 16MP camera up front. The camera system on the device is powered by a Vivo V2 imaging chip that boosts the image and video quality in low light. The 8GB + 256GB configuration of the iQOO 11 is priced at ₹59,999.

    The Vivo X80 is the brand’s flagship device from last year. Although the X90 series has already launched in China, there is still no word on the global launch. Additionally, the feature-rich X80 can still go toe-to-toe with the best flagships available in India.

    It has a 6.78-inch AMOLED E5 screen that offers an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz sampling rate, and 1,000 nits of brightness. At the heart of the device, we can find a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset based on TSMC’s 4nm process. It has a 4,500mAh battery that supports 80W of fast charging.

    The X80’s rear camera module has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX866 primary camera with OIS and an f/1.75 aperture. It is coupled with a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. Up-front, it has a 32-megapixel camera for snapping selfies and video calls. The device has a price tag of ₹54,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB configuration.

    OnePlus 11

    The last device on this list is the recently launched OnePlus 11. Pitted to compete against flagships of industry giants like the Samsung Galaxy S23 and the iPhone 14 Pro, the device does not disappoint when it comes to specifications. It has a curved 6.7-inch QHD+ E4 AMOLED display with LTPO 3.0 technology, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, support for HDR10+, and 10-bit color depth and Dolby Vision. The iconic alert slider is also added to the device for convenience in toggling the device’s sound profile.

    The latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset is obviously a major improvement in efficiency and performance compared to the last generation, however, what impresses the most is the new camera system. The OnePlus 11 5G boasts a powerful triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP Sony IMX980 primary sensor with OIS, a 48MP ultra-wide-angle Sony IMX581 lens, and a 32MP telephoto unit with both OIS and 3x optical zoom support.
