Xiaomi’s Redmi Note lineup looks set for another big refresh, with the upcoming Redmi Note 15 Pro+ making an early appearance on Geekbench. The leak offers the first solid hint at what’s inside the device, ahead of its expected August 2025 launch in China.

Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 at the core

A device carrying the model number 2510ERA8BC, believed to be the Redmi Note 15 Pro+, was recently listed on Geekbench 6.4.0. The phone notched up 1,228 points in single-core and 3,230 points in multi-core tests. The benchmark listing also confirms a CPU layout of 1x 2.71GHz core, 3x 2.40GHz cores, and 4x 1.80GHz cores — a configuration that points to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, an unannounced chip from Qualcomm.

This marks a step up from the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 found in the Note 14 Pro+. The tested unit also carried 16GB of RAM and ran on Android 15.

Xiaomi has been promoting the Note 15 Pro series as the next “Little King Kong,” highlighting tougher build quality this time around. Teasers so far have pointed to stronger drop resistance, full waterproofing, and an overall design made to withstand rough handling — possibly backed by an IP68/IP69 rating.

Other rumored specs include a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, a 50MP main camera with OIS, and a 7,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging. The series will replace the Note 14 Pro lineup that launched in September 2024 starting at CNY 1,399 (~$195), so Xiaomi is expected to keep pricing aggressive again.

If the leaks hold true, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ could be officially unveiled in late August 2025 in China, before potentially expanding to global markets later. With its blend of performance upgrades and rugged durability, the device looks set to square off against rivals like the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G in the crowded mid-range segment.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra gets a major HyperOS update with filter bug fix and night mode improvements

Xiaomi has launched a comprehensive HyperOS update for the 15 Ultra in China, bringing crucial camera improvements and system-wide refinements that address user complaints while introducing new functionality. The update, version 2.0.215.0.VOACNXM, represents the culmination of extensive internal testing and optimization efforts.

What’s fixed in this update?

Following rigorous testing in closed beta build 2.0.212.0, Xiaomi has successfully resolved the persistent viewfinder filter display issue that frustrated photographers and content creators. The bug, which caused camera filters to disappear from the viewfinder in specific shooting conditions, had been a significant pain point.

The public release, weighing 918MB, delivers substantial improvements across multiple areas. Camera functionality receives the most significant attention, with enhanced night mode performance that promises better low-light photography results. The update also refines 4K/60fps video recording, addressing previous stuttering and quality inconsistencies.

System performance gains include intelligent landscape app management, enabling fluid transitions between horizontally-oriented applications. This enhancement reduces jarring interruptions during multimedia consumption, gaming sessions, and productivity tasks. The update intelligently handles app launches and exits in landscape mode.

Security improvements accompany the feature enhancements, with August 2025 patches ensuring protection against latest vulnerabilities. The update also resolves synchronization issues with Xiaomi’s Mi Body Composition Scale, strengthening the company’s ecosystem integration.

However, ongoing beta testing reveals persistent challenges across the HyperOS platform. Xiaomi’s Latest Smart Air Purifier 6 Brings Healthier Air

The Chinese tech giant’s new MIJIA Smart Air Purifier 6 surfaced on the global website, carrying the AC-M25-SC product number. As per the listing, the product is designed to clean out the air with a five stage air purification process that removes allergens like pollen, while also removing odors and formaldehyde.

Furthermore, the filtration system uses an activated carbon filter and UV radiation, as well as various sensors that can map temperature and humidity, along with PM2.5 and PM1 sensors, and a dust sensor. The Xiaomi MIJIA Smart Air Purifier 6 measures 250 x 250 x 550 millimeters and even houses a display on the front. It is capable of a CADR of 443 m³ per hour.

As of right now, this smart air purifier is only listed on the Xiaomi global website. In other words, there is still no information regarding its pricing and regional availability. However, we can expect more information from the brand to surface soon.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is proving to be the undisputed king of premium smartphones. The Ultra tag is typically reserved for a brand’s top of the line model with cutting edge hardware, optimized software, and advanced features. While Samsung’s rivals have an edge in many ways, the S25 Ultra has still pulled out ahead.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Crushes the Competition

According to known tipster Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra managed to beat every other Ultra model in the market. This isn’t by a close figure, but rather, a large margin. The S25 Ultra outsold all of the other devices combined. Three major Chinese brands competed with Samsung with their own Ultra phones.

By the end of June 2025, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra led the pack with over 586,000 units sold, while the Vivo X200 Ultra saw over 219,900 units. Lastly, over 210,000 units of the Oppo Find X8 Ultra were shipped during this time. However, the Galaxy S25 Ultra took the dominating lead with 8,390,000 units sold. So all of these flagships combined stood no chance against Samsung’s top flagship.

This can be attributed to the company’s strong global presence, unlike its Chinese competitors. The X200 Ultra, Find X8 Ultra, and Xiaomi 15 Ultra can be seen as more advanced devices in many ways when compared to the S25 Ultra, especially when you talk about camera or battery technology. However, Samsung took a different direction, sticking to a slimmer (skipping the large camera module) and more refined design.

Redmi is expected to announce the launch date of the Redmi Note 15 series tomorrow (Aug. 18) in China. The upcoming lineup is tipped to include three models – the Redmi Note 15, Note 15 Pro, and Note 15 Pro+. Ahead of the official unveiling, the alleged Pro+ variant, identified by the model number 2510ERA8BC, has surfaced on Geekbench, offering insight into its hardware.

The device was recently seen on China’s 3C certification platform and has now appeared on Geekbench. While the listing does not explicitly mention the chipset name, the CPU and GPU specifications indicate that the Note 15 Pro+ could be powered by an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3.

The listing reveals that the chipset features a prime core running at 2.71GHz, alongside three cores at 2.40GHz and four efficiency cores at 1.80GHz. It is also paired with the Adreno 810 GPU. These figures are largely identical to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, though the higher clock speed on the prime core suggests that this upgraded version may be marketed as the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4.

Alongside the chipset, the benchmark shows the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ with 16GB of RAM and Android 15. The handset managed to score 1,228 points in the single-core test and 3,230 points in the multi-core test.

As per other reports, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is expected to feature a quad-curved OLED panel that supports a 1.5K resolution and a 7,000mAh battery with 90W charging support. Its rear camera setup may include a flagship-grade 50-megapixel primary camera and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor. It is also said to have a variant that offers satellite connectivity.

Ecovacs launches X11 robot vacuum & mop with 24,800Pa suction and rapid charging

Ecovacs has launched its latest robot vacuum and mop, the Deebot X11, in the Chinese market. The base variant with a water tank is priced at 5499 yuan ($765), while the model with both water inlet and drainage capabilities is available for 5899 yuan ($822). Both these variants are now available on JD.com.

The Deebot X11 introduces several first-in-industry technologies aimed at improving suction power, mopping efficiency, and automation. It features a 6400mAh soft-pack power battery and supports “PowerBoost” instant charging. According to the company, the robot can recharge 6% in just three minutes during cleaning sessions, allowing it to cover large homes of up to 1000m² or perform deep cleaning cycles across smaller zones.

Ecovacs has equipped the X11 with its patented Ozmo Roller 2.0 system. This system uses an eight-nozzle spray mechanism, a 200 RPM roller mop, constant pressure scrubbing, and real-time dirty water recovery. The company claims this four-step process ensures the mop is continuously rinsed with clean water to prevent streaking and secondary contamination. The antibacterial nylon brush supports mop lifting and enables flexible edge cleaning.

For vacuuming, the X11 uses Ecovacs’ Blast system, which delivers up to 24,800Pa of suction power with a 15L/s airflow, driven by a custom-built 60W fan. According to the company, this setup is 2.4 times more efficient than standard robot vacuums. It also includes ZeroTangle 3.0 anti-tangle technology, which relies on wind-blade side brushes to dislodge hair and minimize clogging.

Mobility is powered by the TruePass four-wheel adaptive drive system. This hardware-based solution enables the robot to cross 24mm obstacles with increased stability, eliminating dependence on software-only climbing logic. The robot stands at 98mm in height and supports precise edge cleaning with the TruEdge 3.0 roller system.

For navigation, it relies on the upgraded Aivi 3D 3.0 vision system with dual structured light sensors. This setup enhances object recognition and low-clearance navigation.

The X11 pairs with an all-in-one base station that supports ten automated functions. These include auto dustbin emptying, auto water refill and drainage, 63°C hot water mop washing, hot air drying, detergent dispensing, base cleaning, and high-temperature antibacterial soaking. The station supports up to 150 days of hands-free operation.

The CMF Phone 1 has started receiving the Nothing OS update V3.2-250723-1800. The new software focuses on widget improvements, camera stability, bug fixes, and system performance. It also includes the August 2025 security patch.

Widget Updates

Shared widgets now support more sticker types. The Countdown widget gets a new Recurring option along with additional shape choices. Pedometer and Screentime widgets now support sharing.

Camera and App Fixes

Users can now select a default gallery for photo previews in Camera settings. Camera stability has been improved. The update fixes Bluetooth call issues on Telegram that appeared when connected to certain watches and earbuds. It also resolves Inter font display problems in apps like Instagram, Subito, and others.

System Improvements

The update installs the August security patch. System stability has been enhanced and performance has been optimised.

The Asus ROG Xbox Ally handheld gaming console has been spotted on Amazon US ahead of Gamescom 2025. The listing, which has now been removed, confirmed several key specifications and suggests the launch is close. The event will take place in Germany from August 20 to 24, with the opening night on August 19.

The Amazon page showed the white base model with the tagline #playALLYourgames. The device features a 7-inch Full HD touchscreen display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 7ms response time, and 500 nits brightness. It runs on the AMD Ryzen Z2 A processor with Zen 5 cores and RDNA 3.5 integrated graphics. The handheld comes with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM at 6400MHz in dual-channel configuration. Storage is listed as 512GB PCIe Gen 4 M.2 2280 with upgradeable options.

The ROG Xbox Ally runs Windows 11 Home and gives direct access to Xbox Full Screen mode along with the full PC game library. It includes Armoury Crate SE paired with the Xbox Game Bar for quick controls. The design has contoured grips that take inspiration from Xbox Wireless Controllers. Power is supported by a 60Whr battery.

iQOO Z10 Turbo Plus with 8,000mAh battery, Dimensity 9400+ now available for import globally

Gamers who’ve been eyeing iQOO’s latest Z series powerhouse no longer have to wait for an official global release. The iQOO Z10 Turbo Plus, a gaming-centric mid-range that debuted in China this August, is now being sold worldwide through import retailer TradingShenzhen.

Big battery, big performance

The Z10 Turbo Plus is built for performance and endurance. At its core is MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with iQOO’s own Q2 gaming chip to squeeze out smoother frame rates. The real head-turner, though, is the 8,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, which supports 90W fast charging.

Up front, the phone packs a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2,000 nits full-screen brightness, and a peak of 5,500 nits. You also get stereo speakers, DC dimming, and haptics powered by an x-axis linear motor — all touches that push the gaming experience further. For cameras, iQOO has gone with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with OIS, backed by an 8MP ultrawide and a 16MP selfie shooter.

The catch with importing

Buying through TradingShenzhen has its trade-offs. The phone ships with Origin OS, iQOO’s custom skin over Android designed for the Chinese market. Network band support may also vary depending on your region, so buyers will need to check compatibility before pulling the trigger. Warranty is available, though not as straightforward as buying from official channels.

Despite those caveats, the Z10 Turbo Plus is a tempting pick for power users and gamers who want something different. The phone comes in Polar Ash, Yunhai White, and Desert finishes, with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, running OriginOS 5 on Android 15. Two versions are up for grabs: the 16GB/256GB model at €377 and the 16GB/512GB model at €457.

Until iQOO decides to launch it officially outside China, importing may be the only way to get your hands on what looks like one of the most battery-packed flagships of 2025.

Ulefone RugKing full specs and price leak ahead of launch next month

Ulefone is preparing to add another rugged smartphone to its catalog, just weeks after releasing the Armor X16. The new device, called the Ulefone RugKing, is set to debut next week. While the company hasn’t shared details yet, the phone has leaked in full via a report from GSMArena.

According to the leak, the RugKing will feature a compact 5.99-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 60Hz refresh rate and up to 910 nits of brightness.

It’s powered by the Unisoc T7255 chipset, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The storage is expandable via microSD cards up to a massive 2TB, and the device ships with Android 15 out of the box.

As with most Ulefone models, the RugKing is built around a huge battery. It packs a 9,600mAh cell, though charging is limited to just 18W.

With that kind of capacity, the phone is far from slim—it measures 18.3mm thick and weighs nearly 400 grams. It will be available only in black.

For cameras, Ulefone has equipped the phone with a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and an 8MP selfie camera. While good enough for basic photography, imaging clearly isn’t the focus here.

Instead, the RugKing is much more about utility. It features a rear-mounted speaker capable of producing up to 126 dB of sound, a powerful glare-resistant flashlight on top, and rugged protection with IP68/IP69K ratings and MIL-STD-810H certification. A side fingerprint scanner and a customizable hardware key round out the usability features.

As for pricing, the leak suggests the RugKing will launch on AliExpress in September for $149.99.

Xiaomi Xring O2 may launch in Q2 2026 with the latest Arm architecture

Xiaomi is reportedly preparing to launch its second-generation self-developed SoC, the Xring O2, between the second and third quarters of 2026. According to tipster Fixed Focus Digital, the chip could debut around September next year. It will follow the company’s first in-house processor, the Xring O1, which marked Xiaomi’s entry into independent chip design.

The Xring O2 is expected to feature Arm’s latest public CPU architecture, which promises at least a 15% improvement in IPC (instructions per cycle) performance due to better scalability. Xiaomi may also integrate Arm’s Cortex-X9 ultra-large cores, which are set to appear in upcoming flagship SoCs such as MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500.

Xiaomi introduced the Xring O1 as a fully self-developed chip, despite early speculation that it was a custom design from Arm. The company clarified that although it licensed CPU and GPU IP from Arm, the architecture design, memory subsystem, and backend physical implementation were all completed in-house over four years. The Xring O1 was built on a 3nm process and served as the foundation for Xiaomi’s move toward semiconductor independence.

The chip made its debut in the Xiaomi 15s Pro, delivering impressive CPU performance, smooth gaming, and consistent thermal management. It often outperformed Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite in Wi-Fi-based performance tests. However, its use of an external 5G modem impacted battery life during cellular use. The ISP enhanced low-light photography but still had room for improvement, while the NPU showed promise that remained untapped due to limited software support.

Industry sources indicate the company is also developing an in-house 5G modem, signaling ambitions that go beyond smartphones. According to tipster Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi plans to deploy the O2 across multiple product categories. The chip is expected to power smartphones, tablets, and wearables, and it could also support Xiaomi’s EVs.

The O2 is likely to be manufactured on TSMC’s 3nm N3E process. However, analysts warn that Xiaomi’s access to more advanced 2nm nodes may be limited by ongoing export restrictions.

If the timeline holds, the Xring O2 may debut alongside Xiaomi’s next flagship devices in late 2026, potentially expanding into the company’s broader ecosystem in the years that follow.

Oppo F31, F31 Pro tipped to feature with massive 7000mAh battery

It was just in March that Oppo released its mid-range F29 series, but now we’re already hearing about its successors. The lineup will reportedly be succeeded by the Oppo F31 series.

The upcoming F31 phones are rumored to feature the same IP68 and IP69 ratings as their predecessor, along with the tagline “Next Level Durability.” A new leak also suggests the phones will ship with massive 7,000mAh batteries.

The information comes from tipster @passionategeekz, who revealed that the F31 lineup is expected to debut in India next month.

According to the leak, the F31 series won’t bring major improvements in cameras or chipsets compared to the F29 models launched earlier. Instead, Oppo seems to be focusing on durability, with the phones said to feature 360-degree Armor Body protection and enhanced network performance.

As usual, we are likely to see two models in the lineup: the F31 and F31 Pro. And since the core hardware doesn’t seem to be changing much, here’s a quick refresher on what the F29 brought to the table.

Oppo F29 series specs

Both Oppo phones feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1200 nits.

Powering the F29 Pro 5G is MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 Energy, while the standard F29 5G runs on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset.

The Pro model offers up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, while the F29 5G supports up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Both phones also come with stereo speakers.

The Oppo F29 Pro 5G features a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 2MP depth sensor, along with a 16MP Sony front camera for selfies. The standard F29 5G also has a 50MP primary sensor, though it uses Samsung’s JN5 sensor, plus a 2MP monochrome sensor and a 16MP front camera.

The Pro model packs a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, while the standard F29 5G carries a larger 6,500mAh battery but only supports 45W charging.

Oppo Find X9, X9 Pro teasers to begin in September, Find X9 Ultra Q2 2026 launch confirmed

Chinese smartphone makers are gearing up to unveil their next-generation flagships powered by the latest chipsets. Xiaomi is expected to announce the Xiaomi 16 series by the end of September in China, while the Vivo X300 lineup may debut around the same time. Following these launches, the Oppo Find X9 series is tipped to go official in October. Recently, tipster Digital Chat Station claimed that the Find X9 lineup, including the Find X9 Pro, will be unveiled in October. This has now been supported by Oppo Find series product manager Zhou Yibao, who confirmed the launch window.

Oppo Find X9 series teasers to begin in September in China

Yibao, currently on a business trip to Brazil, revealed that he is testing two new phones. While he did not explicitly name them, it is likely that these are Find X9 series models being tested ahead of their launch. When asked about the teaser schedule, he confirmed that Oppo would begin teasing the devices in September, once he returns to China later this month.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that MediaTek will introduce the Dimensity 9500 chipset on Sept. 22, with the Vivo X300 series expected to debut as the world’s first smartphone powered by the new chip. Since the Find X9 and X9 Pro are scheduled for an October launch, official teasers from Oppo may start appearing by mid-September.

As can be seen above, Yibao has confirmed that the Oppo Find X9 Ultra will debut in the second quarter of 2026. Unlike the standard and Pro models, the Ultra edition is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip. Likely, the brand may also announce the Find X9s (a compact flagship) and the Find X9s+ alongside the Ultra model.

Galaxy S26 Pro leak points to bigger screen and slight battery bump

Samsung’s next flagship lineup is still months away, but leaks are already hinting at what to expect from the Galaxy S26 Pro. The phone is tipped to launch in early 2026 alongside the S26 Ultra and S26 Edge, and fresh details highlight changes to the display and battery.

According to Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station, the Galaxy S26 Pro (SM-S9420) will feature a 6.27-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, up slightly from the 6.2-inch panel on the Galaxy S25. The difference may come down to slimmer bezels rather than a wider frame, but users can still expect the usual Samsung upgrades in brightness and color accuracy. The panel could also share similarities with the next-gen screen that’s rumored for the S26 Ultra.

Battery life is also set for a minor boost. The S26 Pro is listed with a 4,175mAh cell, which will likely be marketed as 4,300mAh — 300mAh more than last year’s model. While the upgrade is welcome, it still trails rivals like the OnePlus 13T (our review), which packs a 6,260mAh silicon-carbon battery. Charging details for the Pro aren’t clear yet, but the Ultra’s rumored jump from 45W to 60W suggests the standard model could also move up from its 25W rating — especially given that Samsung’s Galaxy A56 already supports 45W, outpacing the flagship S25.

Other leaked specs include a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 or Samsung’s in-house 2nm Exynos 2600 chip and 12GB base RAM. Qi2 wireless charging and an extra NFC antenna are also said to be on board.

With its compact footprint and incremental upgrades, the Galaxy S26 Pro looks like it will follow the same formula as its predecessor — albeit with a “Pro” moniker — aiming to be the “small flagship” of the series rather than the spec monster. More details should surface as Samsung gears up for its January launch window.

Galaxy A17 5G India pricing tipped

Samsung looks set to add another option to its affordable 5G lineup, with the Galaxy A17 5G now popping up in a new leak. The latest info points to Indian pricing, giving us a good idea of where this phone will sit in the mid-range market.

Pricing and variants

Tipster Abhishek Yadav shared on X that the Galaxy A17 5G could start at ₹18,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model. That matches the starting price of last year’s Galaxy A16 5G, though that one began with 8GB RAM instead. Samsung seems to be adding a cheaper 6GB option this year, while the 8GB + 128GB version is listed at ₹20,499, and the 8GB + 256GB model at ₹23,499. At those figures, the A17 5G goes up against rivals like the iQOO Z10 and Z10R, which offer stronger specs across the board — from the chipset to battery life and charging speeds.

The Galaxy A17 5G is expected to ship with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED panel running at 90Hz, reportedly powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1330 chip. It will boot Android 15 with One UI 7, and Samsung will likely promise up to six years of updates. A 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging should keep things ticking.

The cameras also see a notable bump, with the 50MP main sensor now getting OIS support for steadier shots. It’s paired with a 5MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and 13MP selfie. The phone itself has a slimmer design this time — 7.5mm thick and 192g — and a pill-shaped rear camera layout.

The Galaxy A17 5G is expected to launch in India around September 2025, with more markets likely to follow soon after.

Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold full specs leak ahead of launch

Google’s next foldable is almost here, and a fresh leak has laid bare nearly everything about the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Just days ahead of its official August 20 unveiling, the spec sheet points to a device that makes steady refinements in design, performance, and durability — all while keeping Google’s AI push front and center.

According to WinFuture, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold keeps a design close to its predecessor but with some notable upgrades. The cover display measures 6.4 inches, offering 1080×2364 resolution, a 60–120Hz refresh rate, and a massive 3,000-nit peak brightness — up from last year. Inside, the 8-inch LTPO OLED main panel matches that brightness while keeping its 2076×2156 resolution intact.

Durability also takes a step forward. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is the first foldable to carry an IP68 rating, putting it on par with regular flagships for dust and water resistance. Google is also leaning into sustainability here, with the frame made entirely from recycled metals.

Under the hood, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold runs on Google’s new Tensor G5 chip alongside the Titan M2 security module. It’s paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, so performance shouldn’t be an issue.

The rear camera system looks similar to the Pixel 9 Pro Fold — a 48MP main, 10.5MP ultrawide, and 10.8MP telephoto — but now with improved 10x optical zoom. Dual 10MP selfie cameras handle front-facing shots.

Battery capacity has been bumped to 5,015mAh, with 30W wired charging (50% in 30 minutes) and 15W PixelSnap wireless charging, Google’s Qi2-based solution. Out of the box, it runs Android 16 with seven years of updates, plus AI tools like Gemini Live and Call Assist.

In Germany, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is expected to be priced at €1,899 (around $2,100) for the 256GB version. Buyers will be able to choose between Moonstone and Jade finishes.

AOC launches insanely fast 420Hz gaming monitor for under $230

AOC has released a new gaming monitor in China under the model name 25G4K. The 24.5-inch display is listed on JD.com for 1,599 yuan ($222). It targets esports players and competitive gamers, focusing on speed and motion clarity.

The AOC 25G4K monitor uses a Fast IPS panel with a native resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. It supports an overclocked refresh rate of up to 420Hz via DisplayPort, enabling extremely fluid gameplay.

The display achieves a 1ms GTG response time and a 0.3ms MPRT rating, significantly minimizing motion blur during high-speed action. AOC has equipped this model with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, allowing it to hit 400 nits of peak brightness and display HDR content with better contrast and brightness range.

Each unit comes with factory calibration and a Delta E value of less than 2. The monitor covers 92% of the DCI-P3 color space, according to the CIE 1976 standard. It includes a six-axis color adjustment system, which gives users control over hue and saturation for each channel.

AOC has integrated its proprietary MBR Sync technology to further reduce motion blur. The monitor also supports AMD FreeSync and Adaptive-Sync to eliminate screen tearing and stuttering.

In terms of gaming features, the monitor includes Dark Boost for better visibility in dark scenes and an intelligent crosshair system with a sniper zoom mode for FPS gamers. It also supports GameMode and GameColor settings, allowing users to tweak contrast and saturation or switch presets based on game genres.

AOC equips the monitor with an ergonomic stand that supports 130mm height adjustment, -5° to 23° tilt, ±30° swivel, and ±90° pivot. It is also compatible with 100 × 100mm VESA wall mounts.

In terms of connectivity, the monitor includes one DisplayPort 1.4 port, two HDMI 2.0 ports, and a 3.5mm audio output jack. AOC uses DC dimming and hardware-level low blue light technology to help reduce flicker and eye strain during extended use. The monitor weighs 4.22kg with the stand and 2.85kg without it.

In related news, Xiaomi recently launched the 2026 edition of the Redmi A27U Type-C monitor featuring 4K HDR visuals and 90W USB-C charging. Meanwhile, AOC has introduced a 500Hz QD-OLED gaming monitor with HDR True Black 500 certification and a 0.03ms response time.
