Update: The Mi 10 Trendy Case actually comes in more than two colors. A new image shared on the Xiaomi Weibo page shows the case also comes in green, yellow, red, orange, and mint green.
The accessories market is an important one for phone manufacturers, so it is no surprise that when a phone launches, there are also official accessories announced too. Today, Xiaomi has unveiled a new official case for the Mi 10. The Trendy Case, as it is called, is the second official case for the series. The first is the Mirror Window Cover Case.
The Mi 10 trendy case comes in two colors – blue and black – and provides protection for the back and sides against drops. There is a large cut-out on the back for the rear cameras. There is also a cut-out on the side for the physical buttons. Both color variants have “Xiaomi” written on them in a bold white font.
[envira-gallery id=”308641″]Xiaomi is yet to announce a price for the new case and also details about availability. The Window Cover Case has a price tag of ¥69 (~$10). Our guess is the Trendy Case will have a price tag of ¥59 (~$8.5).
As expected, there will be lots of third party cases with different designs and made from different materials. So, there will be lots of options to choose from if you want to purchase a case and not just these two official ones.
