<p>However, the update doesn&#8217;t feature the latest <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/android-14/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Android 14</a> but instead runs on Android 13. For the Mi 10, the update bears the firmware version 1.0.3.0.TJACNXM and has an installation package size of 4.1GB. </p>

At the end of the post, the person also tagged Mr Lu and asked whether the series has sold 1 million units yet.</span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-318294 aligncenter" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Mi-10-Series-1-Million-Units-Lu-Weibing.png?x44794" alt="Mi 10 Series 1 Million Units Lu Weibing" width="610" height="465" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Mi-10-Series-1-Million-Units-Lu-Weibing.png 610w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Mi-10-Series-1-Million-Units-Lu-Weibing-300x229.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Mi-10-Series-1-Million-Units-Lu-Weibing-80x60.png 80w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Mi-10-Series-1-Million-Units-Lu-Weibing-551x420.png 551w" sizes="(max-width: 610px) 100vw, 610px" /></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Surprisingly, quoting the blogger’s post, Lu Weibing answered that the company has already sold over a million units of Mi 10 series long ago. This sales figure is really impressive as the worldwide smartphone shipments dropped by 38% in February, the month in which these devices were launched. Additionally, the </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-10-5g/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mi 10</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> series is the costliest primary flagship phone from the company yet.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The overall smartphone shipments dipped by 13.3% in the first quarter of 2020 due to lockdowns issued by governments across the world to curb the outbreak of coronavirus. But a </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/04/14/apple-and-xiaomi-are-slowly-recovering-from-covid-19-crisis-in-china/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">report from last week</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> mentioned Xiaomi along with </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/Apple"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Apple </span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">has been slowly recovering from the </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/COVID-19"><span style="font-weight: 400;">COVID-19</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> crisis.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Xiaomi’s CFO Shou Zi Chew also claimed the Chinese market has recovered by 80-90%, however, he did admit poor sales for his company’s products. But unfortunately, he did not reveal the exact number. Thankfully, we now have some numbers, at least for the Mi 10 series.</span></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Mi series of smartphones by Xiaomi is the company’s premium lineup of smartphones. The smartphone maker has a number of sub-series in this lineup including Mi number series (primary flagships), Mi Note series (premium mid-rangers), and Mi Mix series (concept flagships). The Mi number series, which is currently in its 10th generation, consists of the Mi 10 5G and the</span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-10-pro-5G"><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Mi 10 Pro 5G</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> in the Chinese market.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Now, as usual, the Mi 10 series will be made available in international markets like Europe and even </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/India/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">India </span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">after a hiatus of four years since the </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-5/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mi 5</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> in 2016. Although we know everything about these phones, their availability and pricing outside have been uncertain. But not anymore, as a report confirms the company will only sell the standard Mi 10 5G in global markets including Europe where the company launched both Mi 9 and Mi 9 Pro last year.</span></p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-305377 aligncenter" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Xiaomi-Mi-10-5G.jpg?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Mi 10 5G" width="500" height="500" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Xiaomi-Mi-10-5G.jpg 500w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Xiaomi-Mi-10-5G-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Xiaomi-Mi-10-5G-300x300.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Xiaomi-Mi-10-5G-420x420.jpg 420w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Additionally, the report also reveals the pricing of the Mi 10 5G for the </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/UK"><span style="font-weight: 400;">UK</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">. According to the report, the handset will cost £700 and £800 for the 128GB and 256GB storage variants respectively. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Unfortunately, it is not clear whether the 256GB variant will come with 12GB RAM or 8GB RAM as the base variant.
