We have been increasing hearing news about Huawei’s budget offering, the Huawei Honor 4C. The device will feature good looks along with decent specs and will compete with the likes of Meizu M1 Note and Xiaomi Redmi Note. Now, the device has been officially listed on Huawei’s Russian website, revealing most of the details about the upcoming smartphone.

From the images, it looks like the Huawei Honor 4C will retain the basic design as the 3C. However, there are a few noticeable differences, especially at the back. The camera sensor looks much more in tune with the design and the overall color scheme and design is much more premium.

As for the specs, the Honor 4C features a 5-inch 720p display and comes with the Kirin 620 processor with Mali-450MP4. There will be 2GB of RAM on board along with 8GB of storage which is further expandable via MicroSD. At the back, there will be a 13MP f/2.0 aperture camera sensor, while up front you get a 5MP shooter. The phone supports dual 4G networks and comes with Android 5.0 with EMUI 3.0 on top.

As for the pricing, the Huawei Honor 4C is priced at 8990 RUB in Russia, which comes to around $174 in US dollars or 1070 Yuan in China. This is almost the same as the rumored 999 Yuan price tag in the domestic market.
