A new smartphone from ZTE has just received certification in software testing from TENAA Chinese authorities. The phone was leaked through the TEENA’s document, and known as ZTE S221. Some people believe that this smartphone is ZTE Grand S II, the successor from the ZTE Grand S.
ZTE S221 has a 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p display, quad-core 1.7 GHz Snapdragon 600 APQ8065T processor, sports with 2GB of RAM. There was no information on the internal storage capacity, but this device certainly has a microSD slot.
ZTE S221 has 8 megapixel main camera. Meanwhile, and has 2 megapixel front-facing camera. The main camera supports for 1080p video recording. Some other features of this smartphone is FM Radio, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth, and Micro USB.
The phonw has 154 x 77 x 7,9mm body dimension and 156g of weight, it supports GSM and TD-SCDMA network so this phone will work for most mobile operator in China.
ZTE S221 will offers with two color variants, black and white. From the photos revealed, the possibility of a material body made of metal. According to leaked picture, the phone is also sports with LED flash light and a speaker phone on the back.
According to AnTuTu benchmark results of the ZTE Grand S II Dual which had previously been circulated, this device incised score over 33,000 score points.
