The next generation of Coobee’s flagship MAX series, MAX2, was released early this year. It’ s model number is X9, and it is also HIFI like its predecessor, although more specialized.

The Coobee Max2 initially entered the market with the cost of 2199 RMB ($351.68) but now costs about 1300 RMB (about $208)

The MAX2/X9 is pretty slim, measuring only 6.95mm and is sold in gold and silver. One of its selling points is HIFI, using a combination of double-speaker, double Yamaha amplifier, and independent audio chips which should improve the sound performance for stereos and earphones. Another selling point is that it’s supported by a 3rd generation Corning gorilla glass, more scratch-proof, and has a 5.5 inch 720p resolution screen.

The Coobee Max2 also has a 5mp (88 degree wide angle) front camera and Sony’s IMX135 stacked 13mp back camera, 2650mA battery (irreplaceable), supports the TD-SDMA/GSM double-SIM card, and even has a gyroscope, compass, and OTG function.

Koobee Mobile’s recent products are unlike any other, and the MAX2, with its HIFI sound system, high-definition camera, and fashionable design is one of the phones that have capture the attention of music fans in recent years.
